I am a solicitor specialising in family/matrimonial matters. I work for Child & Child in Knightsbridge. I am a member of the Law Society's Family Law Panel, Resolution and Reunite's Lawyer Listing for international child abduction. My work involves divorce and the financial/property division upon divorce. Also, I deal with disputes, invariably involving properties, between unmarried couples - both opposite and same sex. This is becoming more prevalent as the marriage rate falls and more couples live together without getting married.

Increasingly, those couples who are still getting married are doing so later in life or after 1 or 2 previous marriages. They often have accumulated wealth that they wish to protect particularly in the event of a short, childless marriage. I deal with pre nuptial agreements which can in certain circumstances can afford protection to such individuals or couples.

I also deal with disputes over children e.g. where they should live - custody/residence and when should a parent see the children - access/contact. In addition I deal with child abduction, both national and international.
